Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2026

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions and pay-per-view purchases on Aether Code.

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.

2. Refund Policy

Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not consumed significant content. After 7 days, no refunds are provided.
Pay-Per-View: Refunds are available if the event was cancelled or if you experienced a technical issue that prevented viewing. Contact support within 48 hours.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@aethercode.com with your account details and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for partial months of service, promotional or discounted subscriptions, or accounts suspended for policy violations.
